Refund Policy

At The Floating Lanterns, we’re dedicated to creating a magical experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer Ticket Protection for added peace of mind. Without Ticket Protection, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

🎟️ Ticket Protection Refunds

Refunds are only available to customers who purchased Ticket Protection at checkout. This optional add-on allows for flexibility in case unexpected circumstances arise.

How Ticket Protection Works:

  • Must be selected and purchased during your original ticket order.
  • You must contact us at least 24 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds include your ticket and any additional items (like lanterns or merch), minus the processing fee and Ticket Protection fee.
  • Refund requests submitted after the event or within 24 hours of the start time may not be approved.

Without Ticket Protection, all sales are final.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy

Rain or Shine! Our events move forward in most weather conditions. However, your safety comes first. We work closely with local authorities to monitor weather conditions.

If unsafe weather requires us to postpone the event, we’ll notify you:

  • Via email
  • On our social media pages
  • On our official website

Your ticket will automatically be valid for the new event date.

🔁 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

If We Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Full Refund: If we cancel and don’t reschedule within 90 days, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Rescheduled Event: Your ticket automatically applies to the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless you have Ticket Protection.
  • Can’t Make the New Date? We offer flexible options:
    • Transfer your ticket to a different location
    • Transfer your ticket to another person
    • Receive credit for a future event

If You Cancel:

If you are unable to attend and did not purchase Ticket Protection, your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
